At Good Nugget we want to remove the barriers faced by underrepresented young people and give them a pathway into the creative industry. A range of initiatives include free school career talks to creative mentoring courses, providing young people with the knowledge and basic skills needed for an entry level role whilst empowering their individuality and cultural value.
Coffee Club - 121 inspiring conversations
Designed to offer unemployed 18-21 year olds direct online access to an industry professional. Helping them to gain a unique insight into the real working world, including a professionals' role, journey and opportunity to ask for career advice. Your experience can inspire someone to persue a creative career, boosting their confidence and industry knowledge.
Kickstart - 12 week industry pathway programme
programme provides unemployed 18-21 year olds with a taste of the Creative, Brand and Design Industry. Delivered through live workshops, networking opportunities, a dedicated mentor and real life work experience. Young people get to grips with real work behaviours, boost their industry awareness, grow their soft and basic technical skills.
