Global’s Make Some Noise is a national campaign that gives a voice to small projects supporting disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
Global is the leading Media & Entertainment company in the UK and home to the famous radio brands of Heart, Capital FM, Classic FM, Smooth, LBC, Capital Xtra, Radio X and Gold, reaching a combined 24 million people every week.
At Global we’re passionate about music and entertainment, and using that to make a difference in the areas in which we broadcast is something we’re very proud of.
Every year we unite our radio stations, our friends in the music and entertainment business and our listeners to raise money, awareness and Make Some Noise for those who don’t get heard.
Our programme aims to support small charities who are working directly with children & young people aged 0-25, and their families, who are affected by illness, disability or a lack of opportunity around the UK.
We do this by:
Global’s Make Some Noise is not your average grant programme. As well as raising money, we make some noise for smaller, but brilliant, organisations that find it hard to get heard by generating exposure through our radio stations, reaching thousands of people to tell them what our charities do. We also want to lend our support and get our staff and teams here at Global involved in sharing their skills and expertise.
