Generation is the world’s largest and fastest-growing employment program of its kind by annual volume. Our mission is to transform education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. Through our program adults of all ages - whether unemployed, underemployed, or needing to learn new skills - can connect to the training, support, and jobs to change their path.
Since our founding in 2015, we have supported over 38,000 individuals across 150 cities and 14 countries to gain transformative job training and placement opportunities in 29 different professions. Following a 4-12 week bootcamp, 86% of these individuals have been placed into work within 90 days, typically earning between 2-6X their income prior to Generation.
Our 6-12 week intensive programmes train unemployed young people (ages 18-29) for an exciting new career in technology. Current courses include: AWS re/Start (Cloud computing), Data Engineering, and Tech Talent Accelerator (Software Engineering Pre-Apprenticeship). We also reskill adults of all ages in technical professionals in our part-time courses.
Furthermore we provide employability support, such as mock interviews, CV help and job search guidance.
