GEM Workspaces Ltd (“GEM”, originally ‘Greater Easterhouse Management’) is a successful registered charity, the principal objects of which are to relieve poverty and unemployment through, inter alia, activities directed towards ‘the provision of paid employment’ and ‘the promotion and implementation of schemes of community benefit’.
GEM aims to help small and independent businesses by providing quality work space at favourable cost. Based at the Queenslie Industrial Estate, GEM operates industrial units and shared-user office space at, respectively, Queenslie Workspaces and the Wright Business Centre.
