Gasworks Dock Partnership is a registered charity based in the London Borough of Newham.
We are leading the regeneration and development of Cody Dock, in Canning Town, enabling and inspiring sustainable communities to emerge and grow by strengthening people’s sense of place and providing opportunities for people to participate and engage with the transformation of the Lower Lea Valley.
What we are doing:
a) rehabilitating Cody Dock
b) creating a creative industries quarter with new workspace, visitor facilities and public space
c) providing jobs and public facilities
d) fostering a stronger sense of place and civic pride by celebrating the area’s waterways and rich industrial heritage through increased participation with the arts and improved access to the River Lea and its diverse ecology.
