Objectives

Garvald Edinburgh stands at the forefront of providing innovative day services for adults with learning disabilities. Our modern approach, inspired by the principles of Rudolf Steiner, emphasises creativity, meaningful engagement, and inclusion.

We offer a diverse range of workshops, including woodworking, weaving, baking, and artistic endeavours such as painting, printmaking, and puppetry. These activities are meticulously designed to foster creativity, enhance skill development, and instil a profound sense of achievement among our members.

Activities

Our modern facilities, spread across five locations, reflect our commitment to providing top-tier services. Our retail outlet, The Garvald Makers, showcases the exceptional handcrafted products of our members   and provides them with valuable retail experience.

At Garvald Edinburgh, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every individual can thrive and realise their full potential. Our commitment to excellence and innovation ensures that we remain a leader in the field, continually adapting to meet the evolving needs of our members and the wider community.
