Future Directions is a values based high quality social care provider. Our intention is to drive the personalisation agenda so that each individual who we support has their own support package to meet their individual support needs. We currently provide services across the North West and plan to expand further. 

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide personal care, supported living, domiciliary care and care homes with nursing. Future Directions CIC has been developed to provide the innovative services which individuals want and need.
