The Friends of the River Crane Environment (FORCE) was formed in 2003 to protect and enhance the community and environmental value of the linear open spaces of the Crane Valley, with a focus on the London Boroughs of Richmond and Hounslow. For the past 20 years we have worked with a range of partners to improve the ecology of the river and its green spaces and to improve public access to them. We are an entirely voluntary, community-led charity with around 750 members, most of whom are local residents.
