Objectives

Frendsbury Gardens is used by hundreds of local people as a space to be, a place to learn, and a place to play.

The garden is run and maintained by a group of hard-working volunteers. Their roles include: maintaining the garden and the grounds, pruning, weeding, watering, clearing the paths, flower beds, ponds and compost areas, growing flowers, plants and vegetables. These Gardens are there for all who wish to visit, for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and natural environment.

Activities

We run therapeutic and wellbeing gardening sessions in our twice-weekly 'Dig It' groups on Wednesday and Saturday, which enables local people to make new friends, gain horticultural skills and keep the garden looking beautiful.
