Objectives

Freehab is a social enterprise tackling health inequalities by removing the financial barriers to accessing musculoskeletal care. We fill the void in the system created by long waiting times in the NHS and an expensive private sector. We have a team of brilliant volunteer clinicians made up of Physios, Sport Rehabilitators, Osteopaths and Chiropractors - we also have a GP medical advisor.

Activities

We provide free to access online rehabilitation for people's injuries aches and pains. This consisted of an initial consultation, a personalised app-based rehab programme, and two further follow up consultations. We don't have any fees for the service, instead, people are able to make voluntary contributions after their sessions. People can choose whether or not they do this and they can choose the amount. That's what makes our service accessible for everyone! We also rely on funding from partners and any available community funds or grants.
