Folkestone & District Mind is a Charity which champions positive mental health and has provided a wide range of services to support better mental health in Folkestone for 25 years, recently expanding to Dover and the surrounding District. We support over 200 people directly, as well as providing support and resources to their families and the wider community.
Folkestone & District Mind provides open access services to all adults over 18 yrs of age and in addition receives referrals from GP's, Social Services, local organisations, Community Mental Health Services etc. Our services reflect the needs of service users and include a daily social meeting, Counselling, Person Centre Planning (one-to-one service) and Community activities.
