Objectives

Flint House is a charity, entirely funded by donations from those in the Police Service and their families. Every year we help and heal around 3,000 serving and retired police officers, providing physical rehabilitation as well as mental health support.

Activities

Physical Rehabilitation: intensive physiotherapy, exercise and gym work to help fast-track serving police officers back to fitness from an injury sustained on or off-duty.

Mental health: offer tailored programmes to support service police officers.

Conditioning: bespoke virtual conditioning programme to help police officers to return to work and pass fitness examinations. 

Retired police officers: in collaboration with NARPO we offer retired police officers physical rehabilitation and mental health support.
