Five Circles Dog Rescue is a charity in the progress of being formally registered with the Charity Commission.  We aim to rescue and seek loving homes in the UK for Spanish stray dogs. Thousand of dogs each year are thrown to the streets and pounds of Spain. The pounds are overcrowded council led places where many dogs share a kennel in the most awful of conditions. Many of these pounds are putting dogs to sleep and the treatment of dogs in the streets is one of neglect and violence. We want to save these dogs and give them a future by providing loving homes for them in the UK whilst ensuring that the most vulnerable dogs, the elderly, very young or sick are taken to paid boarding kennels and given the appropriate veterinary care.  The charity is funded by four passionate women who have many years experience within the dog rescue sector. We all have day jobs and do this work on our free time, evening and weekends.  It is an act of love for all of us and seeing the happy faces of these dogs in their new homes makes all the work worth it.
