Activities

We offer the following services to support students:

- Motivation talks, speaking to a whole day in one school, inspiring them with stories, weightlift demonstrations and tips to selfcare for their own wellbeing.

- Courses that combine boxing drills with lessons that help students to learn how to manage their mental health. This is done as a 1:1 intervention and in small groups.

- Holiday training, giving the young people opportunities to try out new exercise styles and eat hot, delicious and healthy food.
