Fishponds Baptist Church is a vibrant church in Bristol, comprising approximately 180 members. Our church vision is ‘Meeting God’, ‘Sharing Life’ and ‘Making Christ Known’.
Our primary part-time staff team comprises our Senior Minister, Minister in Training, Families Outreach Worker, Pastoral Care Coordinator, Empowerment Worker (who oversees our community houses), and overseer of the church's prayer life.
We are engaged in a variety of ministries as we seek to serve our local community and city. Of particular note are our two supported houses for the homeless, Foodbank, a hub for female ex-offenders, support for those in recovery from addiction issues, Prison ministry, and thriving children's and youth work.
