At Field of Grace, we are dedicated to helping everyone who has been, or has the potential to be, affected by any eating disorder, diagnosed or undiagnosed. Whether you are personally struggling, a parent, carer, friend or family member of someone struggling or concerned about whether someone is at risk from developing an eating disorder, we can help.
What we offer the sufferer:
· Text, telephone and email support – having regular frequent check-ins with one of our experienced volunteers or staff members;
· Befriending – spending quality time with one of our volunteers or staff members to have the opportunity to talk openly about the problems you are facing;
· Online and face-to-face support groups – to meet fellow sufferers, exchange recovery ideas and share thoughts and emotions in a non-judgemental, friendly and understanding environment;
· Our own workshops aimed at helping you recover and find peace from your eating disorder.
