Objectives

We support our local community by providing Counselling, Mental Health Training and Well-being support services and Resources, for Adults and children. We aim to reach those most Marginalised in our communities and fund raise so that we can provide FREE or subsidised services to those that need it most. Our motto is that 'We believe that everybody deserves a piece of the PIE. With Prevention, by Intervention and Education. We hope to ensure that happens, help us to support our local communities.

As a grassroots organisation we have contact with those most stigmatised and reluctant to contact mainstream services, the support we provide is vital to maintaining and rebuilding the community Equity.

Activities

We provide Counselling services, Mentoring for children & young people and adults with a special focus on Mental Health & Recovery.  

We also deliver training on Mental Health First Aid and produce our own Psycho-educational resources.

We also offer workshops around well-being to offer a holistic approach to support, ll our services are geared towards being autonomously led.
