We help animals rejected elsewhere - animals like feral cats with feline AIDS, and other animals too old or sick for other rescues to accept. In short, we are the sanctuary of last resort to save their lives.
We also create and protect valuable wildlife habitat.
Without Farplace, many more animals would die unnecessarily and valuable habitat be lost to development.
We fundraise in a number of ways to do more of the above and have 40+ charity shops around the country.
We recruit people to assist with running the charity shops around the country, assist with marketing including social media and apply to funders for grants. All of our funding comes from individual donations of items to sell in our shops which are then sold and any monies donated by our supporters.
