We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK. Founded in 2009, we have locations in Farnborough, Christ Church (Cove) and the Kite Family Hub (Mytchett).
This is a really exciting time to join the food bank and help shape our services locally.
Through a network of local referral partners we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in hardship. We also offer a warm welcome, listening ear and signposting support to everyone visiting the food bank. Between April 2022 and March 2023, we distributed 2259 food parcels, feeding 1358 Adults and 895 children
