Activities

Our volunteers support our service users in so many ways.  This could be in a befriending role offering emotional support or practical support to help them build their confidence and access different activities and services.  We will also be looking for volunteers to help with some admin tasks and also to potentially facilitate some groups.

All of our volunteers receive training and regular supervision and support.  We ask for people to be able to commit to approx. 1-2 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.  Volunteering with us is a great to build your confidence and experience whilst helping others.
