Falkirk Homeless Project (fhp Ltd) has been in business for 20 years recycling furniture for use by individuals and families moving from homelessness into homes. Company has a contract with the local authority and a housing association to provide the resettlement packs for which it is reimbursed.
There is a recent addition of a retail unit providing value furniture for budget conscious families and the intention is to expand that activity. The business operates as a Scottish Charity and a Company Limited by guarantee. There are currently two storage warehouses and one retail unit.
Collection of reusable furniture and household goods throughout the area. Refurbishment and Testing as required. Delivery of resettlement packs and retail sales to the local community. Retail units operates over six days per week and the warehouse activities are over 5.
