Evolve Music is a grassroots community music charity based in South West England. Using sound exploration and improvisation we co-create music with communities and support the development of music leaders and the wider community music sector. Evolve Music believes everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from participating in community music, and we achieve this by removing barriers to community music participation experienced by underserved communities such as those living in rural areas or those with experience of poverty, domestic violence, disability or migration. 

Since 2017, Evolve Music has delivered thousands of participatory music activities for young children, families, neurodiverse young people and older people with projects stretching from Bath to Plymouth. Additionally, it had built a profile as a provider of training, networking and advocacy activities for the community music sector and is contributing to the a body of evidence demonstrating the positive impacts of participatory music on people and communities.
