Objectives

We’re a non-profit, working on behalf of the NHS and local authorities. We’re dedicated to supporting people and communities across the country with their mental health. We’re here so no one has to struggle alone.

We support many people with a wide range of mental health-related needs, including:

  • People taking their final steps away from specialist mental health services and trying to get into work, education, or training.
  • People recovering from complex mental ill-health, who require support over long periods of time.
  • People with advanced dementia and complex needs.

Activities

We’re here for people from all walks of life. We deliver a wide range of mental health services, from social prescribing and talking therapies – to nursing, supported housing, and specialist dementia care.

We work to understand the needs of every person and community we support, and offer care that is personalised, compassionate, and impactful.

We’re here to help every person we work with to live the life they want to live, and feel valued. Whether it’s clinical or practical help that’s required, when we support someone, we care about their whole life.
