Founded in 2004, Ethical Property Foundation is the property advice charity for the UK voluntary sector. Our mission is to provide high quality property advice and education as well as affordable consultancy. 5000+ clients to date. Since 2015 we have been sole referral partners to the Charity Commission for land and property advice.
Our clients cover every area of the voluntary sector engagement, for elderly care and refugees to environmental projects and animal sanctuaries. Property is the second biggest item on any budget.
We run a free property advice service and a national series of free property webinars working in partnership with local partnership bodies. We supply a range of affordable consultancy services for charities, social enterprises and funders inclujding back2world Covid risk assessments, trustee training and property strategies
