The English Speaking Union (ESU) is an international charity with headquarters in London. We work with young people all over the world to develop their speaking and listening skills in English along with the cultural understanding they need to thrive.
The Oxfordshire and Berkshire Branch is part of a strong branch network and seeks to support national initiatives such as speech and debate programmes and competitions to boost oracy in all schools that wish to participate from the area. It also runs an active programme of social events for its members including visits, tours, talks and dinners.
