Many people face social isolation every day as a result of disability.
Our charity Enrych has been working with disabled people for over 30 years, to reduce loneliness and increase opportunities for social engagement and greater well-being.
We offer volunteer partnerships, leisure and learning opportunities, accessible social events, activity groups and one-to-one support through personal support assistants. All our activities are based around our vision to enable disabled people "to connect, to engage and to enjoy life within their community".
We cover various areas in the UK (Swindon, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire)
We support 2,000 disabled people and their families every year with our 400+ volunteers and 100 PAs.
Enrych offer a volunteer project where we match disabled people with a volunteer to share a skill or interest. Volunteers donate 4,000 hours every year.
Enrych offer a range of friendly, accessible social events throughout the year.
Enrych offer accessible activity groups eg Tai Chi, Photography, Seated Zumba and Art
Disabled people can also use our Personal Support Assistant service, one-to-one support to enable independence and living life in the way the person chooses.
