At emh care and support we provide personalised care and housing support to adults with learning disabilities and other needs. In addition, we create opportunities for people to get involved in decision making, contributing to their communities and having a great life.
The inclusion and engagement team, work in partnership with other organisations to enable people we support to be engaged in community activities and living more independently. We aim to go above and beyond and open up new opportunities for people to live a more active and purposeful life.
