Elsie Normington Foundation (ENF) aims to support children and young people with learning disabilities & complex needs and their families from across the Highlands.
Over the next 2 years, the charity will establish a specialist multi-purpose centre in Inverness, The Haven Centre, which will greatly increase the availability of services for young people with learning disabilities in the area, and will welcome over 400 young people each year.
ENF has spent the last 7 years planning the Haven Centre, fundraising for the capital project and building relationships with service providers. We have recently completed fundraising for the build, and will soon move into the construction phase. We look foward to welcoming guests to the Haven Centre by early 2023.
