Elmbridge Choir is a 100-strong, volunteer-led, not-for-profit, adult, mixed-voice, non-audition community choir whose ambition is to a difference to people whose lives are less fortunate than their own by raising funds through giving public performances. Welcoming all, whatever their voice part and regardless of musical ability, our members come from all walks of life and share the passion to sing.
Established in 2005, we’ve contributed to raising in excess of £230,000 for local good causes, have enjoyed trips at home and abroad participating in Choir Festivals in Prague, Krakow, Bratislava, Veneto, Croatia and Malta. In addition to the social life, camaraderie and life-time memories made, our endeavours were recognised in Krakow where we won a Bronze Diploma and Bratislava where we were honoured to receive a Silver Diploma.
We hold weekly rehearsals tutored by an independent singing professional and put on ticketed events to raise money for local good causes. In addition, we perform at local community events
