Elite Supported Employment Agency are a registered charity that was established back in 1994 – in a nutshell; we help people with disadvantages and/or disabilities with vocational opportunities, training and employment through to independence. Working throughout South and West Wales; we believe that anyone can work, irrespective of their disability, given the right training and support.
Our volunteering roles varying greatly depending on the requirements of our service users - jobseekers with disabilities. The main requirement are job mentors who act as support in the work place, during commuting (known as travel training) and within employment training (such as CV building and mock-interviews).
