Objectives

Elevation Networks (EN) is an award winning youth employment charity passionate about improving social mobility. We seek to develop the leadership potential of young people aged 11-25 while making them more employable ensuring that we reach out to a diverse group including those from disadvantaged or marginalised backgrounds.

Our mission is to make young people more competitive in the labour market.

Elevation Networks started in 2006 at Brunel University and officially launched in 2008. Since the start, we have endeavoured to make a difference in the lives of young people, students, graduates and NEETs. Over the past 5 years, this has been made possible with the creation and delivery of our programmes and campaigns. Our activities have included the National Citizen Service (NCS) and the Visible Women Campaign.

We became a registered charity in 2009 with an objective of relieving unemployment amongst young people. The charity has since expanded significantly in the short period of time.

Our vision is to create an international network that discovers, nurtures and utilises the talent lying within individuals. We will be known for providing quality leadership, employability and recruitment opportunities that make a difference.
