Our objective is to continue to specialise in building housing for older people and delivering the support and care needed to maintain independence and a secure home for life. We also aim to continue working closely with our local authority partners in responding to specialist local needs such as step down housing with support leading to independent living for people recovering from mental health issues.
We buy land and build extra care sheltered schemes, supported housing flats, re-develop existing unsuitable accommodation, provide administration services and advise to similar sized organisations
