Objectives

The Ealing Advice Service is the generalist advice service for the residents of the London Borough of Ealing.  We provide advice and assistance to those who are vulnerable, and or whose situation is complex and vulnerable.  It is the leading not-for-profit in West London giving advice in across a range of areas of laws including consumer, contract, debt, employment, homelessness, landlord and tenant, immigration and welfare rights.  We provide specialist assistance to tribunal level in debt, employment, housing and benefits.

Activities

Through the assistance of committed volunteers, staff and solicitors who provide advice pro bono, we are able to help the community members, especially in vulnerable and crucial situations.

We provide through our telephone advice line and arrange to see clients face-to-face where necessary.  We provide self-help to those who can and undertake casework for complex cases.  We also provide information talks to community groups and other front line agencies.
