Provides school holiday club activities on 3 sites across Wrexham for around 100 disabled children and young people.

A Dynamic Future - Lottery funded project enabling the transition to adulthood for 14 - 25 yr olds who will not reach the threshold for a statutory service.
Club 1925 - supported access to mainstream social activities for 19-25 yr olds with disabilities
2 Parents groups offering peer support and information
The impact of Dynamic on children and young people with disabilities has been significant during its almost 20 years of working. Many families site Dynamic as the only support they and their child receives. The social and other skills developed whilst attending the groups, friendships made and socialisation that occurs could not be got by many of our young people without the knowledgeable support they get from Dynamic staff and volunteers
There are services around the area who offer services to disabled children, however the level of disability experienced by the majority of children and young people who attend Dynamic is often a barrier to this.
With the above in mind I have no hesitation in saying that Dynamic for some children a, young people and their families is a lifeline, offering help, support, opportunity and an open door to any of them at any time.
The staff at Dynamic have over the year grown in experience and knowledge of a wide variety of disabilities , but are always conscious that the experts on the children are their parents, for whom the few hours the child spends at Dynamic is afforded an element of respite knowing their child is in safe hands.
A range of after school groups doing a wide range of activities both in the community and in house. The choice of activities are user led , and often follows the pattern of the year spring Easter, summer, autumn winter and Christmas. Other festivals such as Mothers Day, Valentines Day, Chinese New year etc are celebrated if they fall on group days.
The young people also will often celebrate their birthdays at Dynamic - because that is where their friends are, and private houses are not easy buildings to hold parties with a number of wheelchairs.
We take the young people to as many mainstream settings as is possible eg swimming, bowling, country parks etc
The Interact scheme is all about integration into mainstream
The Dynamic Future Project is fully committed to the building of skills to enable a good transition between children services to a meaningful adulthood.
Dynamic operates a charity shop since June of last year by which it hopes to support itself towards a good sustainable future. This currently is run by volunteers.
