We are a partnership of 13 primary schools with an objective to advance education fro all.  Our strategic plan guides our Trust and school improvement. Like all plans the detail will remain dynamic but the 3 key principles for improvement are:
 

1. Achieve an established culture of continuous School Improvement – delivered through creating effective learning within all of our schools and quality support for school improvement across the trust.
    
2. Embed effective support services to ensure leaders can remain focused on core tasks – in order for our schools to achieve their potential we want to ensure the right expertise and capacity surrounds them to help their journey of improvement and to enable them to focus on advancing teaching and learning.
    
3. Become the MAT of choice for schools – to secure the right growth for our trust we want to make sure that Discovery recruits well and has excellent structures in place for new joiners.
