Objectives

We are a non-government funded charity run by disabled people for disabled people.  We work with marginalized groups to reduce and remove barriers that impact negatively on independent living. We provide a vital and free support and guidance service to vulnerable people in our community, as well as accommodate and facilitate social groups and activities. We operate under a fully inclusive pan-disability support policy without a restrictive access criteria. We receive regular referrals from other organisations that do have certain access criteria in place.

We support adults with physical and/or sensory impairments, ill mental health, learning disabilities, parents of disabled children, carers, older people, people with long term health issues, and people for whom English is not their first language. We provide people with dependence issues and people who have left institutions with information on housing and support on how to access benefits.  We also host free social groups, providing a vital lifeline to the vulnerable community we support
