We are a small but impactful Deaf charity working to nurture, empower and train Deaf people and communities. We have run a number of high profile events, such as the UK’s first National Deaf Learner and Deaf Careers fairs. We work to bolster other Deaf and disabled peoples’ organisations by filling gaps when evident but signposting to existing organisations when great work is already being done. We are focused on mentoring, up-skilling professionals, ensuring access and equality and creating aspiration to always strive to reach higher.
