DEN specialises in communication and outreach support for deaf and hard of hearing people. Within our service delivery we provide; BSL Interpreting and other communication support, Community Outreach Support Service and BSL Training and Bespoke Deaf Awareness.
Each service we provide is fundamental in the approach for deaf and hard of hearing people to be on equal par with their respective peers in receiving access to information and guidance with independence and confidence in enriching their lives.
We currently have a strategy plan to ensure our objectives deliver to the beneficiaries across the region to achieve set targets each department must aim to as part of their KPI. We regularly consult with our stakeholders to shape the service delivery plan and that it is being met in line with the strategy. As an evolving and growing organisation we thrive on working collaboratively with our stakeholders.
