Previously named the Knight Foundation for Cystic Fibrosis, or CF@FP charity is dedicated to helping Frimley Park Hospital to provide the best possible treatment and care for CF teenagers and young adults in Surrey and Hampshire and adjacent counties. The charity primarily funds building work, medical equipment & specialist training; and provides welfare assistance to qualifying individuals and their families. In the last 15 years the charity has invested nearly £1.5M in the CF service at Frimley Park Hospital.
We are actively engaged with the hospital management team and the CF unit staff in identifying hospital and patient priorities, and in implementing programs to hopefully exceed patient expectations - making their treatment/hospitalisation more bearable.
