Objectives

Cumbria Cerebral Palsy is a registered charity (1110076) whose aim is to promote the care, welfare, interest, education, employment to enhance the lives of those with cerebral palsy and similar conditions, throughout the whole of Cumbria, by the provision of services, support and training to individuals.

Our services include help and support relating to: health care, welfare, medical treatment, education, employment, accommodation and advice.

We provide day care for up to 20 adults with cerebral palsy teaching life skills and pursuing leisure activities.   We also employ two Support Workers who offer friendly confidential support, to children and adults with cerebral palsy, their families and carers, we work closely with other agencies and professionals therefore we are able to signpost them to the most appropriate service.
