We provide a wide range of services to support bereaved people of all ages who are struggling with the loss of a loved one or someone special to them.
We help people to understand their thoughts and feelings and give them tools and information they need to be resilient and more able to move forward with their lives.
We provide a telephone helpline, one-to-one and group support, email and ongoing phone support, home visits and we run projects for older people, people bereaved by suicide and for children and young people.
We also raise awareness and better understanding about bereavement and the best ways to help people who have been bereaved.
