Objectives

Our charity helps adults in the Croydon area who are seeking psychological well being, and provides clinical supervision and support to counselling students on registered courses.

CCF offers one to one, weekly psychodynamic counselling sessions for up to three years.

CCF provides a unique service of long-term counselling at a time when statutory mental health services are being cut. Our provision of psychological support in the form of counselling is helpful to our clients, and is crucial in the education and fulfilment of college course requirements for our student counsellors.

Activities

CCF provides high quality counselling for our clients and supervised placements for student counsellors. We strive for clinical excellence at this centre and provide counselling sessions for on average 50 clients a week, with an average of 22 counsellors. We conduct these sessions in a safe environment within a premises which we own.
