Crossroads Care Greater Manchester is a registered charity working to support carers of children and adults with a disability including Young Carers. We are a registered Care Quality Commision provider delivering much needed respite services to carers and their loved ones 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We provide respite breaks for carers, disabled children’s group outings, Young Carers provision & support, private care arrangements, domiciliary care, charity shops, adapted minibus and minibus hire.
