Objectives

Creative Active Lives is a workshop and entertainment company, providing commercial services nationwide. Out not for profit beneficiaries are people what have physical or learning disabilities, dementia, people at risk of social isolation.  Current projects include a community Minecraft server for children and young people with SEND which is all online, a dementia cafe in Smethwick, out of school clubs and holiday camps for children in receipt of free school meals, funded by Sandwell MBC, and future projects will be continuing a Friendship Cafe and Digital Skills Cafe, and creating a counselling service in our Minecraft Server project.

Activities

We work with parents, local authorities and public health, and other community groups to see where there is a need in the community that isn't already being served, and we create sessions that will bring people together, have new experiences, make new friends, build self confidence and improve quality of life and mental health.

We are looking for youth mentors who have either youth mentor experience or have career experience in software/games development, gaming, E-sports...
