We are the Surrey Branch of CPRE - the countryside charity. We campaign to protect the rural environment and for people to have access to the countryside and understand the benefits of retaining green open spaces and landscape for this and future generations.
We campaign on behalf of our countryside and bring balance to the planning system. We work to raise awareness of the importance of keeping land free from unnecessary development. We partner with like-minded organisations for conservation of biodiversity, landscape and the Green Belt. We are responding to the climate emergency and the move away from fossil fuels.
