On a mission to inspire children to inspire others to cook healthy, nutritious and balanced dishes independently. Working in schools across the UK either as all day healthy eating cookery events or running after-school clubs. Also attending festivals to reach children aged 5-19 and give them the skills and confidence to cook for themselves and their families.
We have a course written by leading food writer and educator Amanda Grant that delivers recipes in an easy to follow step by step way developing skills by age and stage. We believe that healthy eating and knowledge about food and nutrition will help combat the increase in childhood obesity and diabetes. Evidence suggests that being able to cook greatly increases the likelihood of a healthy lifestyle.
