We are a CIC established in 2022, who support charities and voluntary organisations become sustainable now and in the future. We look at voluntary organisations holistically in order to establish where help and advice is needed in order for them to become more effective and efficient now and in the future and work with the organisation to reach realistic goals and make recommendations. We work in every area which include advice, hands on training, bid writing, away days/team building, policies and procedures, mentoring, legacy and end of funding reports etc. We have a joint 50 plus experience working in the voluntary sector. One partner is a retired CEO of a large charity in Watford, the other partner has worked in the public sector, in contract compliance and writing contracts for NHS and evaluating bids. She has also been a freelance trainer for many years.
We work with all charities and voluntary sector organisations. We establish a good understanding of the organisation and the area it specialises. We offer our expertise as consultants. We only charge an hourly rate for our services which the organisation can afford. We will outline the steps we will take for the organisation to reach its goals and work more effectively and efficiently. We have regular meetings either face to face or on zoom, depending on time restraints and geographical location.
