Compassionate Paws International aims to alleviate the suffering of street animals in low-resource parts of the world in partnership with local animal welfare organisations. Compassionate Paws International provides funding and resources for humane population management through mass sterilisation programmes. Additionally, vaccination, and the provision of emergency veterinary services help to improve and save the lives of homeless and abandoned animals.
Compassionate Paws International raises funds for local organisations to carry out sterilisation & vaccination progammes (currently in India and Malaysia). We also have our own project in Sierra Leone, where, in addition to sterilisation, we provide emergency veterinary treatment and some re-homing for abandoned and neglected street animals (mostly dogs).
