Objectives

To be an efficient, effective, sustainable community transport service putting our customers and communities first. 

To work together with our partner agencies to improve the quality of life and well-being of all communities in Waltham Forest and Newham by providing a customer focused transport service aimed at improving access to health, education, social and economic opportunities to all sectors of the community.

Activities

Provide personalised transport service to our clients (elderly & disabled) enabling them to maintain their independence, via door to door transport services for shopping, medical, social and other needs

Provide a full range of transport services to community, voluntary, sports groups and schools within Waltham Forest on a self-drive or driver provided basis.

Offer top quality national training to people looking to enter the field of transport or further their progress within the field.

Provide pathways back to employment through our back to work and volunteer programmes.

Work in partnership with fellow voluntary sector groups to offer improved quality of living services to various vulnerable groups in the community.
