We provide safe accessible transport for people of any age who have difficulty getting out and about, are unable to use conventional public transport due to age, mobility or health issues or are socially or rurally isolated. Our services include door-to-door, home to school, day centre, patient transport together with community bus routes. Our services help people to maintain or regain their independence which in turn has positive effects on mental health issues and relieves pressures on families and the wider community. We serve 5 out of the 6 districts in Gloucestershire.
We provide transport services to a range of people. We have a small fleet of minibuses which run shopper routes, take users with mobility challenges to appointments and groups on trips to day centres or similar. All our minibuses are equipped to carry wheelchair passengers. In addition, our volunteer drivers use their own cars to drive users to appointments or on personal shopping trips.
We continually aim to promote and expand our service to meet the needs of the community and deliver all services with the highest regard to providing excellent customer service.
